Dude is being a star in his role. A lot of players can’t adjust to not doing what they did in school. Dude hustles, plays defense, and stays alert on both sides of the ball.
Players who are usually super ball dominant struggle at the next level if they don’t have that same freedom

I think it’s kinda sad that as good as Carmelo was, that it’s a real possibility he might not have a jersey retired. He is a sure fire hall of fame player though.
