Was a really good ball game. The Heat just do not quit under any circumstances, down 1 or down 21, them boys just compete. My only concern is Heat made 17 3pts and only won by 3 and shot a BLAZING 50%. I think DEN took the Heat best shot but to win this series DEN has to play better. Down by 11 then up by 15, back down to 10+, and lose by 3. The kicker is, I don't think MIA can win W/O shoothing at least 40% from 3pt. I believe DEN played the laws of averages of MIA 3pt % coupled with probably the worst PnR defense I've seen in a while. They also played very undisciplined committing bone-headed fouls
Kevin Love in the starting lineup paid out dividends and was an underrated factor for the HEAT. Would if they explore that throughout the series and curious to see how they integrate Herro back into the rotation. Spo got his work cut out managing that rotation bcuz bringing him back will cause disruption in their rhythm with him being out since the 1st rd. If they were down 0-2, then yeah why not, MIA would be desperation mode but now with the series 1-1, it's a series that's winnable by the team that wants it more. Game 3 & 5 will be critical.
The Jokic debate in whether making him a scorer or facilitator, I believe he scored out of necessity bcuz he felt his team didn't have it going offensively. They were missing makeable shots and came out flat so Jokic took up the initiative to come out aggressive early. On the other hand, MIA defense took alot away from what DEN loves to do.
