He can still give a team 15-20 minutes. He was a gnat on the court, but he was tough, and hard nosed as a player.

Lowry is a 15 to 20 minutes a game 5M a year type player at this polnt. Still high IQ and gives defensive effort but he should retire. He's PJ Tucker without the foot locker rn.

The back up point guard position is kinda meh rn. I don't feel like making a list but there is no must have backups that I see. Of all the free agents Lowry is better than alot. Him giving you 4 minutes a qtr. ain't bad if the pay was cheap.
