Was kinda surprised Pascals name didn't come up with Rockets but I checked it out and don't think anything can work without brooks he's too important for you guys at the moment to consider trading.

Based on contracts. You're going to be looking at players at Harrison Barnes number to make roster upgrades rn. It makes sense.

Gonna be interesting to see how yall manage the different timelines of players on the roster.

I'm telling yall they probably don't want to trade Pascal rn because they don't have the leverage since he is essentially a rental. If anything they want him to extend and he's saying fuck all that I'm going to free agency and been doing his thing unbothered.

Best case is to risk losing him to Detroit in free agency and just resign him give it another season with this core and if it doesn't work deal him with leverage since he's on a full deal.

Supermax is out the window since he probably doesn't make all nba. All Pascal has to do is hoop and not get hurt and he's getting to the bag.

If he does get traded either a team has overpaid or pascal/agent already told the raptors they're going to free agency and are not resigning. Similar to O.G. he wanted to go to New York in free agency and the only way they would be able to secure the space was by moving barret and quickley who they wouldn't be able to afford along with OG.

But yeah I’m not offering Jarace if he still non committal

Actually if I’m the pacers I’m not trading for him at all if he on this bullshit

Adding him don’t make them true contenders

2 Of any of those 4 along with buddy or Bruce pick/nembhard makes sense but I dunno.

Pascal would be a really good fit and we have the assets to go get him but it's way too early in the process for us to make a move like that and he basically plays the same position as Jabari

Plus he's looking for a max deal and I don't think we're going to do anything to jeopardize our 2025 cap space and we have rookie extensions coming up that we have to figure out

You're right though, we probably are looking at someone like Barnes number since we have the Oladipo expiring, Tate and Landale
