AJ Griffin is ass. Injuries zapped his athleticism. He's too slow. His shot needs to be sped up. He is pretty much Joe Harris.

Jalen Johnson can't create his own shot and is being spoonfed buckets by Trae. Having Trae attract doubles is good for him. You throw him out there to create his own shot, he will look like Orlando Aaron Gordon. He's the only guy worth a damn.

Okongwu is ass. He's too small, not strong enough to grab real centers, can't rebound, can't create his own shot, can't stretch the floor. He's a homeless man version of Bam that needs to play in a defense that switches everything. Another guy that gets spoonfed by Trae on offense.

Only young player on the roster that can stay is Jalen.

Everyone else had enough time to show out and they haven't, so they can go if Trae gotta go. He made them look decent.

I hope to god the Spurs aren’t interested in Young. I know alot of folks who don’t really watch basketball would think I’m crazy saying this though. Lmao.


Dude isn’t a winning player in my opinion. He has only had one season where he has been efficient shooting the ball since being in the league. He turns the ball over a bunch and he is a defensive liability.

I’m not saying the guy is trash but I see why @Sony Montana feels the way he does about Trae Young.

He is undersized, shoots a lot and he shoots from far away, so that is entertaining to folks. He is an under dog and folks love under dogs.


Comparing him to Steph Curry is disrespectful as hell to me. I will give him props and say he is a better passer than Steph, but that’s about it. Steph is better and more efficient in every single way compared to Trae.

I think a team might be able to build a consistent winner around him, but it isn’t gonna be easy and the GM is gotta be creative

Trae been league average in regards to scoring efficiency his entire career.

His value is that he is the best playmaker in the league.

The issue is, NBA fans look at Trae's basic box score offensive stats then look at his teammates stats and don't watch enough Hawks games so they wonder why they fucking suck because Scrub #2 is shooting 40 percent from 3.

They don't know Scrub #2 can't dribble and can't guard shit and gets spoonfed dimes. They think Trae is hindering this motherfucker from being great. I call it the Lebron Effect, Lebron played with bum ass motherfucker after bum ass motherfucker his first Cleveland stint and made them look like average players because he did everything on offense. But Lebron couldn't win with Sasa Pavlovic so it's Lebron's fault.

For some players it's the reverse, like Dejounte Murray. He's ass. He ain't seen a midrange jumper he don't like. He avoids contact. He can only make simple reads. He don't play defense. He became an average 3 point shooter with the Hawks though.

He put up triple doubles when nobody was watching and he was on the All Defensive Team like a century ago so he must be good. Ain't take a team anywhere but had people saying he better than Trae just because.

Trae got a team of players that can't dribble to the ECF while being doubled and trippled. One of the best carry jobs ever that got stopped because a stupid ass ref and he can't do that shit every year so he must be not a winning player lol?
