You’re not going to get a player better than Trae with assets like capela, Murray, and Hunter.

You’re also not going to move Jalen Johnson

I agree that hawks FO is stupid and I understand it because it’s guys like Landry fields and Kyle korver acting as GMs

And the hawks have attempted to surround Trae with talent with the Murray, capela, and bogdan moves

It’s just that they also have been trying to make their own picks work in Collins, Hunter, Huerter, reddish

But keeping Trae and trying to make it work around him won’t make the hawks better because trying to make it work around him leads to marginal moves like the ones above.

Kyle and Landry didn't make those moves. Travis Schlenk quit because of the direction of the team.

The owner and the owner's son trade for DJM. Ownership decided not to tank and opt for play-ins in the recent years because they went to the ECF and thought they were close.

Lol OKC went to the playoffs and tanked until they got young starter level players.

At the end of the day, success in sports is more about organizational competency and most sports franchises aren't competent.

The Hawks have one top 50 player and that's Trae. You not gonna win shit.

Them trading Trae isn't gonna get them anything other than the lottery so they can do this process all over again.

The Hawks always were a middling team that settled for the playoffs due to the ownership not willing to spend and not willing to be bad.

But that’s what I want the hawks to do. Start over again but with Jalen Johnson, AJ Griffin, Kobe bufkin, and Okongwu

I wouldn't trade Trae, Trae is pretty much Michael Vick for the Hawks.

The celebrities come out to see him play.

They should tank this year, trade DJM and hope they can be a 5th seed next year due to development from JJ.

I always said the Hawks should've sold everybody after the ECF run because if you watched them lol nobody on that fucking team could playmake besides Trae and they were too small and non-athletic.

They sucked but got lucky.
