Yeah and before anybody try to pull that division/conference trading BS

Drummond went from the pistons to the cavs

Kyrie went from the Cavs to the Celtics

Jrue went from the bucks to celtics

Siakam went from the raptors to the pacers

But yeah I like that idea

I wouldnt do it if I was the Pistons because they need to build culture more than anything. Decide on what their identity is gonna be and then get some vets around their young guys to help build that identity.

When I think about Lavine, I dont think about high basketball iq. Maybe thats unfair to him, but I dont think good habits when I think Lavine.

So I wouldnt do it if Im detroit or a detroit like team.

But I understand why you would.

yeah I get what you mean.

Detroit would have to get someone through trade to compete and I think that’s the cheapest option

Even if they keep him through the rest of his deal Detroit’s core is only like 25 years old lol

Just more vets to the mix need to be added

We sleep on that Lavine will Probably play much better with Cade, Cade can easily be a top tier pg i think he already team/org is just ass.

But lavine isn’t bringing a winning energy to that locker room regardless

Word my thing is, I don’t see the risk in acquiring lavine

Worst case scenario is you pay him a lot of money for the pistons to still not be good

Not that much of a big deal imo
