Yeah he's coached some pretty unspectacular rosters so that's valid.

His teams always have great compete level it's just he's really never had the stars to push his teams past a 1st or 2nd round out.

He's got a lot of nonsense to clean up over there in Charlotte it seems. Not sure how many more shots he gets as an nba head coach after this either.

To clear something up in here, Rob Williams never exclusively guarded Giannis and Embiid it would be Horford and he’d hold them under their season averages and percentages. I like Rob a lot but he wasn’t healthy averaging 40 games per year and didn’t add enough to his offensive game it feels like an overpay but you’ve gotta take chances we were WAY too stagnant at the end of games blowing double digit leads going back to the bubble

Would be slightly concerned on him defending the pick and roll but he’d be a great energy player, last time he was in the league he averaged 6&6 in limited minutes I’d be cool letting go of Banton (I think he’s a horrible player not even better the Jay Scrubb on our 2 way deal)

Unless the Celtics know Rob Williams is completely cooked they definitely gave up way too much and got fleeced for Jrue Holiday of a players
