Defo miss not having Caicedo in the middle... Seems teams have found a way to stop the Mitmoa/Pervis combo too, just doubling and tripling up on them...

Even if you have no interest in putting them on, they can still soak up the intangible experience by being with the first team squad. Also it can instill motivation for them to get back there and actually play, when injured players return.

Of course, many managers do it or name an incomplete bench to send a message to the senior board for recruitment, but I don’t think Dyche needs to do that.

We did have one academy player on the bench. Dyche can’t send any messages to the board because obviously they don’t care. If they did, they would have brought a couple of players in yesterday.
 
I lowkey fear for Tuchel’s job. He did not get the transfer targets he wanted and they have started a bit poorly. This is when he starts to act up.

Hopefully he has figured out how to play the politics and does not lash out at the people who can fire him.
