They are too superstar reliant. They need to market teams, stars are temporary teams will outlast these stars when they’re long gone.

There’s so much turnover involving the big stars that it’s not hard to be disillusioned. Why would you care if the core of your squad gets dismantled cuz superstar A can’t get over the hump and get a ring? This shit happens way more frequently than the NFL.
