Heres the thing tho. It was the west bound lane that goes away from the airport/beach. He was literally walking the complete opposite way he should of been. To break down where he broke down on i-595, that means he just drove on the highway from the street (beach direction). Anyone else would of waited there or walked back east, where they drove on to the highway. Cuz thats only a mile or 2 away. Unless he thought he was gunna cross all those lanes, then jump the fence and walk onto the airport run way or walk around the entire airport on this lil 2 lane road that circles it, that like no one uses at that time.

The red dot is about where the accident happened. If he kept going west, its just entrance and exit ramps to i-95, or i595 that goes over i95 to keep going west. Keep in mind, from that red dot back to Port everglades expy, it's also all elevated highway.

If he was that guy that was reportedly seen walking on the highway minutes before, he had to of been further east. Thats why I dont understand why he would walk west if he had car trouble. If anything he'd walk back east to US1. Thats the entrance ramp you use to get on the highway and thats the shortest distance to walk to get help.
