Nah, you don't have to be likeable. You just have to be good.
I'm sure Romo's likeability was next to nothing as a former Cowboys QB. But once folks seen he actually had skills and wasn't just another former Dallas player handed a booth job. He quickly became one of the top analysts in the game.

Lol I actually think Romo is overrated as a commentator. He'll get his predictions wrong just as many as he'll get right
And when you have choices like with either watching the Mannings or watching the regular broadcast it definitely helps that Peyton and Eli are just fun to watch and listen to rather than the commentators on the regular broadcast
So the games on CBS and Fox you're forced to listen to them unless you mute but Amazon and espn gives you the options of change which is great IMO

They can get the 7th overall (the lowest of the two) and my 1st rd pick for 2023
If im them id take jones in a trade…he still on his rookie deal…let him start for 2022…he prob will stink…now you in line to get one of the top QBs in 2023…AND you got the draft capital build around him
