Nobody said Wall is automatically going to start off the rip

we both said it’s going to be an adjustment for Reggie considering his role. And we weren’t even saying it’s going to be just Reggie who will adjust, it’s just we both thought about it from Reggie’s POV

Wall even when he was on the rockets was better than Reggie so one could infer that Wall could start at a point in time

Their stats are pretty similar as starters for the rockets and clippers respectively. Only difference is Reggie was winning games and could check opposing guards so I wouldn't say wall was better he arguably wasn't even on par.

I’m going based on actually watching them and wall was coming off Injury and playing with a hellacious roster that didn’t know how to play with each other and sometimes a disgruntled harden and injured Oladipo and cousins

If you’re telling me the stats were close with everything I just said with wall having a full year of working out playing ball and getting stronger then…

also Reggie can’t make plays like wall can anyways

But yeah…. Nobody really said he was gonna slide right in

Remember Reggie Jackson wasn't a full time starter for the Clippers until the playoffs last year so he basically played his first year as a Clippers starter with no Kawhi and no of for a long stretch and the Clippers still had a solid year. But you knew all that because you "actually watch them".

I’m comparing wall with the rockets to Reggie last season I’m saying by watching them and not going by stats I can see the case for Wall over Reggie so you telling me the statswere close don’t really matter much

why You say I don’t like the response? I’m just saying you stepped out replying to things we never full on said and then I gave you perspective

If you want to simplify this entire convo, I’ll just say we don’t expect wall to waltz in there off the rip and start and I’m saying just eventually the better player is going to start and Reggie hopefully plays the same way he’s been since those playoffs you’re referring to

Wall probably is going to be miss back to backs and have to rest so I'm sure Reggie still going to start a lot of games but I doubt he wants to come off the bench(which would be a good role for him)

I know Reggie played with a bunch of confidence because he was secure in a starting role and it helped him dominate at times while he averaged 17 but then again he was not all that efficient

Precious is ready to tap in. We need to find a capable 5 that can slot in or another big wing that can switch positions like the rest of em. Doesn't matter which to me.
 
Do Wall and Jackson still kind of got issues? I remember Wall talking shit about him and Jackson not the same and don't deserve the same contract money or something like that.

who said that was an issue though? I thought of that too but I mean it’s not like you ever heard of anything beyond that

All wall said was “I make the same money as Reggie Jackson” and that was kinda valid for a star player to say

Reggie could’ve took offense but I mean I think it was so insignificant there was nothing that came outta that
