I got one better, stop letting these players control everything thinking it's gonna net out to a championship...it doesn't work like that.

I don't disagree with that. I actually agree with not letting the players run the show basically but it would also be foolish not to take into consideration what your teams best players have to say.

So it’s Sean marks’ fault

I'm not blaming the front office. I am generally saying to teams stop letting players control everything..

I am not saying don't let your star player feel they don't have some insight on somethings..of course.

But there needs to be structure from top 2 bottom...

The thing is the star player job not on the line when stuff don't work out. Players need to stay in their lane because

The players getting too much blame. It's just like folks in regular everyday life. They will get input from trusted and/or knowledgeable folks before making a decision. Ultimately the decision made comes down to the person who make that final decision not folks giving input on that decision.

So IMO at the end of it all. No matter what the player input to the GM is the final decision is on the GM not player.

Bucks, Knicks and Clippers been just as flagrant if not more than Philly

Micheal Rubin sold his stake in the Sixers in 2022 (thus avoiding any tampering concerns on his end)
-Harden gets traded to the sixers
-D’Antoni pulls out of the hornets job
-Everybody gets together to coordinate getting Tucker harden and house there prior to the moratorium
-Micheal rubin’s birthday happens where they can get into the nitty gritty about harden’s deal that will make it easier for Tucker to ultimately sign
-under the table deal for harden takes place presumably

get these niggas outta here

Nah not at all.

The claim is that the Sixers and Harden internally agreed on a deal on some shit like take less money now and we'll pay you the max in 2 years.

Thats cap circumvention.

I think thats what the NBA is going after cause that opens a can of worms the NBA and the player union dont want opened.

All the Knicks did was classic tampering.

That's the same thing that the other teams are doing though

Clippers clearly had a wink wink deal in place with Batum and the Bucks did the same with Connaughton/Portis.....all to help manipulate the cap

Obviously Harden is a bigger name and more money is involved by the strategy is no different

I mean, we talking Harden helping them free up like 15Ms in cap. Thats why its a bigger deal.

And I know teams been doing this, but when the number gets this big, it becomes too big of a competitive advantage, or thats how the NBA is looking at it.

And the players union cant be happy either. Cause players taking less impacts everyone

Harden ain’t good enough anymore for what he was “suppose” to get paid IMO
