The Bucks job really isn't all that appealing considering the amount of uncertainty and disaster potential

End up like Silas, thinking you're coaching Harden and Westbrook and the next thing you know you're fighting for your life playing David Nwaba and Ben Mclemore 30 minutes a night

More than one thing can be true

Silas didn't get a fair shake as far as that's not the situation he signed up for

He also did a terrible job with hand he was dealt and didn't make the best of it

Silas interviewed for two rebuilding teams before he ended up with the Rockets so it's not like he was completely opposed to doing that task

Don't worry though, I'm sure he'll get all the opportunity to coach a good roster in Boston at some point after Mazzula gets fired
