Cam Johnson already 27...this is his one chance to really cash in and get paid

I wonder how much Brooklyn is prepared to offer him
 
Just happy doing anything. Sad.
That’s not a bad thing. Not every team has the mind set of if you’re not competing for a championship then you’re failing. Being in playoff contention is fine for the short term. While treadmilling it I’m hoping we can sign some players that take us to the next level or hit on some draft picks.

We literally just came off the heels of a rebuild 12-70 still haunts me in my sleep. The years of being good has been a short window. We don’t need to be treadmill we should be trying to compete especially in the NY market

Treadmill has a stigma to it but that’s essentially what you’re describing. The Hawks from the Joe Johnson era through Millsap were treadmilling it with a few soft contending years mixed in. We can’t go full rebuild again not for a while.
