Ok Kd's foot, then they beat the Cinderella hawks..but then they beat the suns for the chip after being down 0-2... he can't get credit for that?

lol they supposed to beat the Hawks
And sure he can get some credit for the Finals but them beating the Suns is more about Phoenix imploding than anything

Bud was on the chopping block for years now. Had KD’s foot (yes this infamous scenario) been smaller or whatever the fuck they call it and the shot is a 3…. We would be talkin bout the Bucks differently today. Him getting fired isn’t remotely shocking

But can't go off what if's...had jimmy hit that 3 in the ECFs...etc

I don't pay too much attention to the bucks like that, but the last 3 seasons for the bucks been pretty good. They ended the last half of this season on a tear so how bad really was his rotations....didn't look like the players had tuned him out. And I do not know or I'm not gonna speculate how much his bro passing f'd w him this playoff run.

The Hawks under Bud were pretty good too from what I remember but then they would get exposed in the playoffs.

The same exact shit was happening when he got to Milwaukee. He is a poor Xs and Os guy and the knock was he doesn’t make adjustments. His ass was on the hot seat going into that Brooklyn series and as it went along it became a running joke with who can actually COACH their team to the series win btw him and Nash. I try not to play the what if game when it comes to the Bucks but seeing as how that whole series went left once James hammy acted up and Kyrie went down it’s one of those things you can’t help but mention.

The Bucks need someone who can make better in game adjustments.

The year before the ring they lose in the 2nd round in 5 games

The championship year, Bucks got semi lucky on their way to win a ring with an easy Conf finals opponent and then playing the suns who not even good enough to make it back (even then Bud being fired eventually was on people’s minds)

The following year they lose in the 2nd round

The year after that they get embarrassed by the 8th seed missing multiple players in the first round

With an aging roster, new ownership, and the way this year went I’m not surprised at all

Can't even use Giannis as an excuse cause the Heat were better than the Bucks when he was on the floor than when he wasn't. Haberstroh had the stat but I can't find it

But if the heat was on this tip Spo would've been outta here last year yeah?
There’s nothing spo can do on the court to get fired

He’s going to move into the FO at some point and he’s one of the best coaches ever and he’s the 2nd longest tentured coach in the league for a team that takes pride and continuity and keeping it “all in the family”

Let’s not bring up spo when talking about bud and the bucks who’s changed ownership twice since Giannis been there

Bud like Taylor said was on a relatively warm hot seat for years and the bucks knew the guy they were getting when they hired him 5 years ago or so. The guy who was great in the regular season but not great in the playoffs

acting like he got a bad shake or something I can’t agree with

Kerr next
