Is this Enzo Fernandes to Chelsea a foregone conclusion then?

If so, where does that leave a move for either Declan Rice and/or Jude Bellingham?
Granted with the latter, it seems like either Liverpool OR Real Madrid are front-runners, but you'd think that Rice will inevitably move on in the summer from West ham and would be glad to join CFC.

If rice doesn't join CFC, where would he realistically go? Liverpool can't pull both bellingham and Rice off...
