Y’all mixing up the vocab. Bank holidays are paid federal holidays in America. I think there is about 11 federal holidays, except most people ain’t getting MLK day and Juneteenth off, if they work for a private employer and not the government.

Holiday time or vacation time/PTO is separate I think the average is 3 weeks in America.
I don’t know what’s going on in Canada, in terms of vacation and bank holidays.

15 Paid vacation days + 10 paid sick days + 9 Stat/bank holidays. So I get 34 days.
