Doesn't surprise me on this as I wondered whether FFP still existed anymore after it's hiatus during the pandemic period.
I had a recent theory with Barca believing that they were so many players now as they saw a transfer ban coming soon so they were trying to lock in as many players possible ahead of time.
Probably won't happen that way but interesting to see them get name dropped
