2023, just garbage!
He likes possession based football, ball carrying defenders a la guehi and andersen came in under his watch to form a great partnership.
Palace defence was sound and even though he didn't win a game in 2023, he wasn't losing by getting battered, just the odd goal.
He needs a dynamic box to box number 8.
First season was conor gallagher, he then tried to operate schlupp the following season in similar fashion.
Forward pressing and closing space is important in his philosophy.
Where his downfalls lie, are lack of adaptability, I heard his man management is too relaxed in demeanor so I take it he's a bit like wenger and certainly won't be throwing boots at players like fergie!
