The Rockets wasn't gonna trade James Harden to Philly because Darryl Morey is Philly's GM. They traded James Harden for a pack of bubblegum to spite the 76ers. That trade was never gonna happen.

I think Ben knows that he is shooting with the wrong hand and instead of switching hands, he decided to be a defensive player because Ben never played defense at LSU.
Ben knows his shot is fucked and it will take a great deal of effort to get it unfucked so he said fuck it.
