And what’s wild is I’d never deny Klutch strong arm tactics but they just doing what other companies doing just more on front street.

When PG13 demanded a trade to the Lakers it was known he wanted to keep Randle and DLo out the deal. 2 pick and/or Ingram to be moved for him. Despite that not being great asset management.

common denominator. He was repped by CAA specifically Aaron Mintz. So was Jules and DLo. As we all know Lakers ended up moving Russell and letting Julius go.

Next summer PG strings them along and re-signs with OKC despite LeBron coming.

And to this day Lakers have issues getting draft workouts with Aaron Mintz clients (Josh Hart signed with Mintz while on NOP). & wasn’t able to sign any of his clients until this offseason with Ariza and Melo (who are at the stages of their careers where they can’t be dictated what to do) but 👨🏿‍🦯👨🏿‍🦯👨🏿‍🦯

I get it. Take the money when it's offered, but players gotta stop being bitches when they sign extensions and then want out when they want a better situation. Klutch is great at solving that problem but it's a bad look overall.

For the record, I am anti-agent. Top players are gonna get signed anyway. Fuck paying a dude to set up the meeting for you. Know your worth and do your homework. Low and mid level players will have to work harder to get contacts but they got friends throughout the league, use them, and know your worth.

Don't they also go out and get endorsements for the players.

I think a team that is considered small market should strongly think about trading out bcuz the potential for that player to start that "legacy" bullshit is there. Legacy is just code for better team/larger city. I agree tho about mids. They don't have the leverage LBJ & AD does. My main issue with Klutch is what they are doing with Maxey. They are trying to sour his relationship with Philly bcuz Ben wants to leave. I don't think that is fair for a younger guy who is still trying to get established. The city loves this guy and for all we know he prolly wants to be there.

Word I see. My conspiracy on the Maxey shit is the Ben thing is the cherry on top of sorts. I think the Sixers cooperation with this Nerlens/RP thing is more the root for that. But I definitely could be reaching.
