If your metric for evaluating him is that he gets this team into a top 4 seed in his first year without one of his stars then anything short of that is going to bring your condescending "shout-out to Willie Green" remarks but when he's finally gotten the team to turn the corner and start trending upward, then it's "yeah, let's get excited about the 10th seed" or whatever it was.
