2021/22 NBA Season Thread

Call me crazy but I don’t like an Embiid and Collins frontcourt if you trade tobias

I dont like it at all either even though Collins 3pt shooting has been pretty good the past 3 seasons(albeit on pretty low volume)......I dont consider him a stretch 4, he needs to be finishing around the rim not hovering around the 3pt line

Y'all gotta stop this im picking on smart bullshit. The defense has regressed word to Fournier averaging 35ppg against us. He gets $20 million plays 35 minutes and is terrible at pushing the pace. He had a chance to prove he can do more like he claimed back in October when jaylen was out and didn't step up. Schroder has averaged 18ppg as a starter. I've been wanting smart off this team for about 5 years im glad Stevens is considering a move

lol @ dropping Schroeder stats like he matters in the grand scheme. y’all got smart running point like come on lol

smart doesn’t even make 20 mil for another 2 seasons

y’all shouldn’t have signed him to a 4 year 76 mil deal lol can’t blame him at all

Put smart back in a position to be successful and you’ll get better results. Expecting him to step up offensively is exactly what’s wrong

Obviously he isnt doing himself any favors as far as his trade value and I even think Simmons has actually become underrated at this point but The 76ers asking price is beyond absurd if they really turned down Hield, Fox and Barnes for Simmons/Harris

I dont think its the price, its more likely the players that Morey dont want.

Fox cant shoot 3s, and i dont think Morey wants a pg that cant shoot 3s.

Ehh you’re getting hield and Barnes too for 3pt shooting in addition to Curry and Green

Fox the icing on the cake imo but I mean I guess
