Jaren Jackson is about to have a big year, if he stays healthy (was amazing against the Bulls just the other night and most of Preseason to be honest).
If there is a deal to make under the max, Memphis should do all they can to make it.
He shouldn’t have said those comments in chicago about defense
2 years ago he averaged 14 and 5 though
if he can sign with a bad or middling team he should be able to do alright off the bench
like the Pacers who are missing Warren for however long

he came into the league ready to play. By the end of the season, he outplayed Randle vs the Hawks. Toppin used all his eligibility, he’s ready
he more fluid than Randle, He a better team defender, he get his points within the flow instead of forcing it. Toppin needed to adjust to game speed and by the end of season he was rolling
Toppin shot 50% on limited touches his rookie season. The all nba guy in front of him shot 46%. I would say Toppin athleticism off set any skill gap but there isn’t one anyway. Toppin don’t waste dribbles cause he know he not a guard
