A lot of HCs seem to skate based on the assistants they hire and they get exposed when they take the next job

The crazy thing about this is…theoretically they should be successful anywhere if they are excellent at staffing…If you can hire a great staff at Murray St…when you jump to a power 5 with a substantially higher budget…should be easy day….
