2020 NFL Season Thread

Yeah, fairness really don’t mean much in pro sports.

All 47 Chargers fans have gotten a dose of Herbert so they’re going to want to continue to see him. Not to mention team executives.

The narrative on Herbert will shift the first time an opposing defense gets to game plan for him, meaning this week most likely

Turned down more money because he liked this opportunity the best? Bulllllshit, haha. Giants are winless and couldn't get Barkley any yards.

Idk about the money. But he knows he gon start w Giants. Which he has reported has been a priority of his. I heard Seattle was after him and he not gonna get alotta burn there unless Carson get injured. Also Giants be having alotta primetime games. Exposure and opportunity is there...oline and winning games, not so much

You can still sue.

Judge will dismiss the suit if the CBA says they have to handle all grievances through arbitration or whatever the stipulated resolution method is contractually....I had suspected something like this was in place but didn’t feel like looking it up

What exposure he gonna get with a bad OL? Just primetime failure. But in a backup role he wasn't turning down more money. He wasn't gonna get $5 mil to be a backup RB.
