Teams will have to game plan extra for that backfield. Will have to use different sub packages. Will have to sub in a lb, DL, or DB depending on the back in the game, which helps create mismatch elsewhere on the field. Plus it's less wear on both backs, keeping them fresh throughout the season and playoffs. The Saints do this perfectly, and are always hard to game plan for.
