If i were the chargers i'd draft Jalen Hurts and try to do a Lamar Jackson 2.0 kinda move/revamp offense. Clearly rivers aint got it no mo. And the chargers are not bad enuff to have a top 5 pick, they'll be pickin in the 20s. Hurts will be there, makes sense imo
