Won't watch as always. Good for Peele though. Mad noms with the first movie he directed.

His ego must be past the stratosphere right now. To think that same guy used to play connect 4 with my step sister as a kid here in NY. I'm proud of him.

GDT finally got an oscar nod. Hope he wins so that these crackas finally give him the money to make At the Mountains of Madness.

Ive only seen Get Out & Dunkirk

Dunkirk was boring as hell

Usually all the HD screeners leak for Oscar season so hopefully i can watch most of them.

Most interested in Shape of Water & 3 Billboards

Shape of water was good. Worth the watch.

Lady bird was also good but I'm from the area and grew up in the 90s so it was nostalgic for me. I probly wouldn't recommend it to yall.

Get out...if you don't know you just ain't gon get it.

Wana see 3 billboards, Dunkirk and the post.

Pretty much everything has leaked so im tryn catch up.

3 Billboards was great. Dont sleep on it.

Shape of Water was ok. I expected it to be better.

Octavia Spencer did not deserve an Oscar nom for her role. All she did was push a broom in a few scenes.

Michael Shannon also deserved a supporting actor nod instead of Richard Jenkins.

I ain't gon lie, visually and musically it was very well done but it don't deserve an Oscar IMO. I fell asleep watching it LOLOLOLOL like I get it but Jesus Christ

Agreed

Watched it a few days ago

Butt cheeks

Hope its between 3 billboards and Get out for best picture as those are the best choices in that category

Good to see Peele won for best original screenplay

Also good to see Roger Deakins won one as well. Dude is perhaps one of, if not the best cinematographer in the business today and has been doing it for a while now. its crazy how he's just now winning his 1st award

You know what annoys me those period piece movies that white people love the fuck out of oscar bait movies with a bunch of powdered pasty face cacs

there is quite a few films that look inter sting probably wont get around to watching many

But The shape of Water. ladybird , the billboard look interesting as well has a handful of those short movies

Wasn't impressed by Shape of Water. Michael Shannon did his thing as usual though.

Blade Runner was boring as hell.

Dunkirk was just meh. So much acting power gone to waste in that movie.
