The offense playing as bad as it has been playing is a combination of bad oline play and eli diminishing skill set.
Eli is not a mobile QB and needs time to throw, also he is playing very conservative so even when he has time to throw he is taking the safe target. Defenses know this and are defending them accordingly. The only real solution is to committ to Barkley and become a true ground n pound team. Hope the oline can create some holes for Saquon do some REAL damage. Maybe then offenses might have to drastically change their game plan n passing lanes open up and windows become being enough for Eli to not be scared to throw. Of course this plan, will only work if the oline can play effective football and that has not been the case for a while.

Hill's not a WR? Oh ok..... 23 receptions for 364 yds with a 15.8 yd avg. 3 TDs, 15 first downs, 129 YAC. Maybe he's dialing back after getting torched by OBJ & then seeing Hill's game film. I'm just sayin
