This is the block I lived in when I was born. There was a hoe house and heroin den on the block. The heroin spot was next door to us. When I was 3 a nigga staggered out and OD'ed in front of me while I was riding my Big Wheel on the sidewalk.

There was a couple of posters on the IC that was from Saginaw and they would both vouch for how Washington and Hess and 8th St was back inna day.
