The top seeds usually have the best players and bring in the best ratings. Would not be a good look for the nba to have their casual fans wait even longer to see guys like Steph, KD, Greek Freak etc.
Paul doesnt get a lot of respect for how good he was but Wade's peak was better than Pierce's peak years. I don't blame the man for saying he was better though. He stated truly how he felt and wasn't being fake. Lol
Also, Wade was better than Pierce imo, but to say Pierce was better isnt that crazy. Wade at his peak was an all timer, but his peak didnt last that long especially cause he decided to take a back seat to Bron.
When you look at the full body of work, I agree that Wade was better, but overall they in the same range.

I could see why he wouldn't make it on some lists because the stats aren't there or the impact but winning 4 DPOY in 5 years is a HOF worthy attribute.
