The kid could compete in the conference finals this year and potentially for a Championship.

What he should be looking to do is prove his value under those circumstances.

As rosters turn over as they always do, he could play a large role on his current team as a contender. Or, at that point, write his own ticket on a lesser team

The kid is atleast 10 years older than what hes listed as and needs a big contract sooner than later.

Thon maker is really 26 though so he only has about 5 more years of being serviceable so I don't blame him for not wanting to waste more time

As a coach idk how you can live with that. Brad Stevens is heralded by many at worst a top 5 coach but his sets are shitty.
