You know it's crazy I thought I would cry my eyes out during wade's last game because wade's eventual retirement has been on my mind since the 2014 finals when I cried at one point because I thought he was done, but no I just cheered the entire time he had the ball just as every other person did in that arena. I know that game didn't matter for the teams really but it meant everything to me.
I'm glad I got to see my favorite player of all time live like that. I feel so sad this is the end and I don't think it even hit me yet. The entire time I've watched basketball in my life Wade was playing. That's the man that made me fall in love with basketball and I thank him so much for that. I've seen wade at his highest and wade at his lowest and everything in between. I can't see myself fall in love with a basketball player like that with anyone else. What a guy to look up to for the last 14 years or so. I'm gonna miss him so much and I've seen him get so much love every game and all of what he got these last two games and that's still nowhere near as much love he deserves for everything he's done for miami, The Heat, his family, his community, and the thousands and thousands of fans he's inspired over the years. I'll always love that guy
