The incompetence is
Tee is a hell of a recruiter bad playcaller. In scripted offense under Sam that’s when the offense was bad. Tendencies are easy to diagnose. And for the record I think Tee might be a solid HC in the mold of Dabo. Where he can get strong coordinators and just be a CEO type hc.
Most of our position coaches, mediocre at best. Wouldn’t have a job at any other top tier power 5 program. Very little player development.
Strength and conditioning is mediocre at best.
If you went to Serra High you automatically start/ get playing time. One Starting MLB John houston is 210 soaking wet and not good. Yet starts, teams key on him and run at him all day. Team gets gashed. Shit UNLV doing it currently
