He shouldn't have got charged. If what they're saying is true he is a lil fuck nigga for beaming him after the game, when they weren't even playing dodgeball the way we play it. They were playing some soft ass version. And he did that shit maliciously.

I blame the mother of the child who got injured...You're aware of his condition. It is YOUR responsibility to let the school know, and make sure he's not involved in any physical activities

I blame the school...If the mother made the school officials aware and they still allowed this child to participate...then they deserved to get sued

I blame the mother of the child who threw the ball...If your son deliberately throw the ball at him, then yes he deserved to be punished. Charged...hell no! Suspension at most.

I blame the prosecutor...For even considering charging a 10 year old this. Are things that slow at the law firm that you'll prosecute anybody for the littlest things?? And was willing to waste taxpayers money on a trial??? Common sense should've kicked in LONG before releasing that statement.
