Really and truly I don't even cook with pepper too tough but I have been using it lately.
It's a skill to not over do it

Just finished making some callaloo

Luckily some parts of jersey have mad Caribbean, spanish and African seasonings and ingredients to buy

I've been lazy as shit making this jerk marinade. Got everything in the blender and STILL haven't run it. One departure for me is that I used fresh ginger instead of powdered ginger for this batch.

Yea with the peppers I use ain't no way you could put that much. Niggas would die.

I made some jerk chicken the other day, it was fire

Did the same blend up. Used a little lemon and ginger and vinegar among other things

Just used the blender too.

Summer gonna have that bitch working overtime

I use fresh lime juice in mine. I just ran the blender; it's pretty damned good, but maybe the lime I used was a bit bigger than normal 'cause I can kinda taste it out front more than usual.

Threw some skinless thighs in a bag and poured it in there along with some in a separate container 'cause I swear I'll pour it on damned near anything.
