she at a point where she need more than just eating less and exercise to fix her situation

I'm not saying they're not picking on her weight. I'm saying that's not the reason she's getting picked on. She's getting picked on for being shitty and trying to do harm to somebody - and she using her weight to do it - and she decided to post all that online.
