That’s a little different. If a person is too big for a seat on a airline, they generally have to purchase a second seat. If they don't, they can be rejected because it is a safety issue.

No they haven’t. Fat people haven’t been suing airlines for being denied service for years. They’ve been suing airlines for having to pay extra for an extra seat. Two very different things.
This isn’t even really a hard case. It’s pretty clearly discrimination. We can think it’s bullshit and that she shouldn’t win. But that doesn’t really matter.

And that’s why she’s gonna win. 600lbs plus whatever the driver weighed and luggage or whatever the fuck is almost certainly WELL below the maximum weight limit of the car. A 600lb person in the car is the same as 3 200lb niggas in the car. Plus the driver. And regardless of how it would’ve looked, I’m sure she could’ve safely got in the car and fastened the seatbelt.
Once that is established, he’s gonna have to come up with some other reason that he denied her. And he won’t be able to do that because his reasoning is abundantly clear.
