It’s a play on emotions to get people to do what they logically know they shouldn’t, rather than continue the current state of non spending because inflation is high.

That would then affect the bottom line and eventually bring prices down. But in order to not have that happen organically. These entities do things like this. It’s all just a marketing ploy, the answer is not do nothing different because it doesn’t matter.

As much as it hurts I'm gonna stop shopping in Target too. Honestly I hate to say it but it's to the point where the best option we have right now is to shop local or direct from business as much as possible. Because even if these companies haven't stopped their DEI practices, they gave large campaign donations to Trump when he was running.

lol jokes aside tho I dont like having conversations about shit on whatsapp and then seeing ads about things that were being talked about immediately after on FB or Instagram. Shit is creepy and gross. Aint about state secrets n shit i really just dont like all this cross referencing n shit which is a reality these days but if I can avoid it I try

I'd be careful. Companies dropping DEI initiatives doesn't mean they are just going to start shitting on black people. In some cases they are probably trying to protect their asses. Reps were talking about taking legal action against companies for discrimination.
 
I watched the video that Tabitha Brown put out and it makes perfect sense.

She mentioned still going to Target/Walmart but only purchasing the items from those businesses that you do support because if we boycott, that’s just a quick way for their items to be taken off the shelf. I agree.

Don’t buy your eggs and whatnot from those stores but if it’s a minority business in that store you support, continue to purchase their items.
