All his plans fuck up and watching season 2 right now it shows he has no power at all, Milo ran his ass and now in season 2 the DA running his ass. He fucked up with Iris, he fucked up with Bunny and the rest of the leaders.

I think when Mike was locked up, he didn't run with the whites, he ran with Bunny and his crew.. That's why they do tight and he always chooses Bunny when it really comes down to it.
He shows favoritism and that's why he's such a biased mayor.
In season 3 he was trying to tell Bunny that this is their city and outsiders shouldn't be running it. That sounds like something you would say to someone you ran shit with before.
