Would You Pay $7600 A Month For This Penthouse?

Yeen gotta call maintenance when shit breaks in an apartment? Them niggas just know and show up???
You do

But that's included in your rent or whatever you're paying.

Plus unless it's something crazy, you usually get same day maintenance vs a house you gotta get on the schedule

Yall jumped straight to a house after you moved out?

Been in a house since I was 28. Before that I was in a cheap ass apartment just off campus trying to figure out how to pay off my old debt so I could qualify for a house.

Atlanta right now:

With 10% down, you paying around $2300/month, not including PMI. Manage to drop 20% and your payment drops to just under $2k/month.

Property tax on that is currently 5,261.69, apparently this crib used to be valued at half of it's current asking price, 'cause it sold in 2022 and it's taxes owed was only 2,418.35 and for several years prior it was that low.

Anywho...

That's a 2,614 sq/ft crib, 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, sitting on an acre of land that you own for ~5000/month cheaper than the $7600 apartment at the beginning of the thread.

Issa lotta shit that can be done with $5k in your pocket every month. I don't give a flying fuck about maintenance or anything... You got $5k in your pocket every month.

When you up that high, you feel the building swaying in the wind.

And when it's a storm going out and that shit moving left to right?

Lmaooo. Takes a while to get to used to that mfer.
My fear of heights would fuck me up on that probably

I mean, if she got disposable bread then I suppose it’s her’s to waste or spend how she feel. For that ticket though I’m sure there’s a plenty options to choose from in many places even nicer than that.
