But honestly I need a host or even a moderator that is neutral at all times. That's the biggest thing for me.

I’m just using that as an example. Regardless of the situation, having ex players around is a good thing. Ian Eagle is great but he don’t have the insight of a Vince Carter who actually played. Earnie is great but Shaq, Charles and Kenny played, Earnie don’t know nothing about that aspect of the sport no matter how knowledgeable someone is.

Tom haberstroh admittedly is a student of the game, remains neutral on broadcasts but he's 1 of 1. I don't have problem with him except that his analysis is largely just his opinion it's not based in any on court experience. I also don't agree that he's clear cut above all of the guys you mentioned but that's a pointless debate.
