You wouldn’t have said that if you didn’t read the post that said she was
You niggas is too old to be sheep like this
Exactly that’s my problem with this discussion. That people are not looking at it in complete context in terms of what the conversation was about. Shaq for the past what, 30 years of me knowing of him, has always been the goofy guy that talks the way he talks. He’s always been a tongue in cheek, jokester, prankster type of a guy, so now all of a sudden, he’s this super creep?
Again the conversation was about how women can get the WNBA to get more viewership and money. The unfortunate part about this discussion is that women will sit back and hear this, and not take into account all the many men that they’ve looked at over the decades and found sexy who played professional sports. I’ve heard women talk about Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Vince Carter, Allen Iverson, and Hundreds of men over the decades. Women go to the games just to look at these and see which ball they can scoop up. We have a literal television show called basketball wives, based off the exploits of women, looking at men long enough to objectify them, and then wanting to have relations with them. We had plenty of videos of women being caught staring at men and ogling at them.
Yet when Shaq tries a to get women to tap into that same dynamic, he’s a creep? You have to exhaust every single option in order to get your business off the ground. NBA basketball sells off of everything. Merchandise, physical charisma of the players on a court, matchups of comparative and contrasting players as well as sex appeal. Shit for decades men wore short shorts. John Stockton was the last one who did but I get it
Lock Shaq up.
