The conversation about the American Dream being a facade, the convo about the real shame is working and having nothing to show for it. The "apology" from Oz to Sofia at the end. Vic suffering a panic attack due to his PTSD from what the Riddler did. Sofia makes sure everyone including Oz know that she is the one in charge. This show is operating at an elite level
BTW, it doesn't look good for Vic being around for The Batman 2 lol. Its clear Penguin isn't loyal to anyone but himself. He's highly disposable

Cristin did masterful work in this episode about Sofia's origin. I think she deserves Emmys, Golden Globes consideration but comic book content always got a stigma to it. They changed Sofia being the Hangman in the comics to it actually being her father. The work they did to show what Arkham did to her with Sofia slowly unraveling. Oh yea, she looked good in that yellow dress.
I initially thought that was gonna be Harley Quinn in the room next to Sofia but no way they would reveal a major DC character on a show lol

Maaan masterful performance by Cristin Milioti. Like @Infamous114 said she deserves all the awards. I was initially disappointed that we wouldnt see much of Penguin this episode but damn this episode was intense. I was on the edge of my seat the whole episode. Might be the episode of the season.
