That goes into murky waters, especially if the accuser is already employed by the accused. If a chick topped a label exec off for a record deal, based on the stipulations of that exchange it could still be considered coercion. These civil suits aren't criminal cases... a single case can easily be thrown out or settled, but if there's a bigger criminal case going on those separate incidents are just smaller pieces to the puzzle and more ppl will be inclined to come out. All that industry backdoor shit is lowkey illegal even if no legal action was taken by the victims. Women aren't the only ones subjected to this... Jada made that Rape-N-U skit for a reason.

I get that. I'm just saying that some people make choices. If it's a case like Weinstein where he's telling chicks they'll never work in the town again unless they give him favors, that's definitely coercion. Willingly going to a Diddy party and doing some shit you don't usually do because it was your best opportunity to be around industry players isn't coercion. It's just making a shitty life choice.

You can make a judgment call on that, and the accused can even counter sue for either defamation or breach of contract if they really have the upper hand. That don't stop the shit from being illegal. Basic human rights were allegedly violated... that shouldn't be the direct result of looking for a come up. I personally say stay away from the industry altogether, but I don't expect someone to have the same moral fiber I have. As a man with self control I can't hold a gold digging opportunist to the same standard as a dude so horny he gotta break the law about it.

I understand what you're saying, but I don't understand what basic human rights are violated when you choose to do something. I'm not talking about any in particular accuser in this situation because I really don't know. I'm not even saying the people were looking for a come up. I'm saying that sometimes people willingly get themselves into situations that get too deep and then those people look for someone to blame.

It's sort of like in college when you hear about what happens with frat groupies sometimes. They'll go to parties with the goal of fucking a frat boy. They'll get drunk, start acting wild, and wind up getting fucked by 3 frat boys because shit happened so fast and they were either too out of it or too afraid to stop it. That's a fucked up situation. I can imagine how traumatizing it might be, but is it right for that chick to claim rape when as far as the guys knew, she was down?

I wasn't expecting a repeat of the same thing Epstein and Weinstein but I guess it's not surprising once they opened up to let people call in

How much is credible and how much is looking for a cash grab

3000 alleged victims is a crazy number. In all honesty tho if they prove that he committed abuse against just a handful of people it’s par for the course at that point. Can’t feel bad for a proven sexual predator.

Plot twist.

Bribe Buzbee to drum up a ton of frivolous lawsuits. Beat all of them in court. Now you look like an innocent man who is being framed by money grabbing opportunists.

Jury in the fed case finds you innocent.

Don't @ me. I'm high rn.

Idk the 100 accuser shit is some Jerry Springer shit to me..The ambulance /clout chasers gon turn this into some Tawana Told Da Trufe shit.

In that cloud, the court public opinion submits to the bottom feeders and sensationalists and the victims become a spinning top.

At this point Adam 22 and Dj Akademiks are crowning themselves as Wolf Blitzer and Larry King and they’re way more racist and reckless than the former.

Porno allegedly showing Diddy with more famous A-list celeb being ‘shopped around,’ lawyer says

A pornographic video allegedly showing Sean “Diddy” Combs and an even more famous A-list celebrity is being “shopped around” Hollywood, according to a lawyer for one of the music mogul’s latest accusers.
The explicit video supposedly shows Combs alongside a “more high-profile” person — who appears unaware they’re being filmed, lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation’s Laura Ingle, without identifying the celeb.
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” Mitchell-Kidd alleged.

“I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,” the attorney said of the content.
Mitchell-Kidd also discussed the case brought by one of her new clients, who claims she was raped by Combs in 2018 and is set to file a lawsuit this week.
The alleged victim — who has not been identified publicly — filed a police report after the incident, the attorney noted.

She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house,” Mitchell-Kidd explained.

Her client later learned that Combs was allegedly planning on sex-trafficking her that night, according to Mitchell-Kidd.

“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. … And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” she alleged

Mitchell-Kidd’s client was supposedly able to escape into the street — which was witnessed by a neighbor, the lawyer said.

Combs, 54, was indicted in September for racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for purposes of prostitution.

He was accused of using drugs to “keep the victims obedient and compliant” during his “Freak Offs” — violent, sometimes days-long sex sessions, according to a federal complaint.

His employees allegedly helped organize travel for participants, who were put up in hotel rooms where the “Freak Offs” were held.

The damning federal charges came after a flurry of civil lawsuits accused the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault and abuse.

Combs is being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has pleaded not guilty, denying all the allegations against him

He filed a notice of his intent to appeal the judge’s decision to deny him bail on Monday.

Neither an attorney nor a spokesperson for Combs immediately responded to requests for comment Tuesday.
