I got a sweet tooth and am prone to get something i didnt need with my meal when I go out

Fast food mostly chipotle

But every now and then Chick-fil-A Popeyes Bk


I try to stay away from the candy machine...oreos, doritos, and other cookies but sometimes it be callin me

Breakfast: (not every day)

Eggs and chicken
Smoothie

Lunch:

Prepared food prep meal
Protein shake

Snack: Cashews or Skinny Pop popcorn

Dinner:

Chicken or lamb, lettuce, cheese wrap w/ Tzatziki sauce

(Also only drink water or sparkling flavored water)
 
Absolutely terrible.

I don’t eat breakfast or lunch. I hardly snack on anything. Late night fast food is my go to. I consume too many energy drinks. 4-6/wk)

It used to be good. I’m being lazy and procrastinating getting back on a good diet and physical routine.
 
I try my best to stick to whole foods. I’m only successfully like 65% of the time. lol. Outside of that, I try to monitor my sugar intake. That’s about it.

The hard part is tryna balance my diet when it’s just me at the house vs. the when the kids are here. SMH. If no snacks are here…I don’t eat snacks. When my son is here…I gotta have snacks. And soda. So I end up fucking with it just cuz it’s here. And I have both my kids 50% of the time. And it’s not the same 50%. So in reality, I have at least one kid here about 75-80% of the time.

Im fucked.

Mangos
Pineapple
Pears
Apple
Plums
Grapes
Kiwi

You name it. All types of times of the day. Fruits.
 
I've been intermittent fasting for the past couple months.

-Bagel at the top of the morning
-Main meal around noon
-Water for the rest of the day

I ve been wilding lately but I usually fast during the day and eat a protein filled meal for dinner

I tried fasting last year and lasted 2 days...idk how y'all do it.
 
I eat like shit generally but the one healthy thing I do is drink only water. I don’t consume any other kind of beverages outside of some alcohol once in a blue moon.

I also make sure every meal is high in protein.
 

Hey man between my dad talking And you posting this the same day I said fuck it and started to fast just to see what it does

I already been kinda unintentionally fasting just from the way my days are structured but I been doing this for 2 days now

13hr fasting is what I’m doing

This shit be having me tired and groggy but it’s not really hard to do

I eat breakfast around 9 and then don’t eat again until 4-5. Does 7 hours count as a fast? I do this 5 days a week.

Do you literally consume nothing but water or tea though?

I hate to cut out the apples I usually eat or smoothies I make in the morning

I think fasts usually have a 12 hr minimum
 
I dont eat red meat, and dont drink liquor, juice or soda.

I only eat chicken, fish, lamb and fruits n veggies. And salads.

I do eat protein bars and drink protein shakes to help curb my hunger cravings.

and i drink alot of water
