I think that when people hear "overpopulated," they believe people are saying that there is absolutely no more space on the planet for people. That's not true. We could absolutely continue to mow down shit and spread out and fuck the planet up even more in the interest of humanity. What we're typically saying is that there are too many people on the planet for our and the planet's good. I've said it before, but pretty much every problem we face in today's world could be improved if there were simply fewer of us.

Overpopulated to the overall species on this planet. We are taking down so much of their territory and changing the environmental pressures of other species. Brown bears use to roam all over the united states

As far as good or bad, i think its good. I just turned 35 and have no kid. Me and my wife decided we gonna start trying towards the end of the year, so if all is right, ill be a first time father at 36.

I say that to say, my mind state, my wisdom, and my patience gonna make me a great father. Ready to make another human being every single one of my top 5 priorities and not have second thoughts.

I couldnt say that in my 20s. If it happened, i would have manned up, but it wouldnt have been by choice.

So for folks like me, waiting till your 30s to have your first child is the right move and will ensure the kids get all the love and attention they deserve. So I would say this is overall good.

Maybe their campaigns against Murphy Brown and Kristie Alley for getting pregnant at the ages they did, had an adverse effect on their procreation processes as a whole.

Which is wild… but white folks went pretty hard on them for it.

Eventually the trend will reverse. Humans, thus far, have been an undefeatable virus to Earth. Population decrease may result in a cultural shift, but human existence is in no danger.
